The Lima Dual Speed Pipemate Pipe Roller rotates pipe and tube from 1.5" to 17" diameter up to 1200 lbs. when used in conjunction with the Idler Roll (Optional), or other supporting roller.

Two 6” x 2” heat and abrasion resistant rubber coated wheels are driven simultaneously at identical speed to turn the workpiece.  Power is provided by a DC permanent magnet motor.  The drivetrain is comprised of sealed ball bearings, steel shafting, and solid steel gears.  The Lima Pipemate features dual speed ranges; 0-35 IPM or 0-70 IPM.
Speed range is changed by removing the front
cover and reversing the position of the
secondary gears.  Power is disconnected automatically when the front cover is removed via a quick disconnect power cable connected to the front cover. The speed control dial is
located on the side panel, along with a
forward-off-reverse switch and easily accessible 2
amp fuse for overload protection. An in line
high frequency filter prevents erratic motor operation
when TIG welding. The on-off foot switch initiates rotation
and is protected by a steel safety enclosure.
