When you have big parts, the XT-500 Welding Positioner is what you need.  Four brass grounding brushes provide up to 400 amps of welding ground current to a ½”-13 grounding stud with nuts for a clamp or ring connection.  Rotation RPM is set by adjusting the speed control dial that is infinately variable from 0 to full speed.  A toggle switch controls table direction.  A convinient full speed override momentary pushbutton is available to advance the table to a new position at full RPM, saving valuable time, especially when running at slow RPMs. Dynamic braking is standard, which, when engaged via a toggle switch, stops table rotation nearly immediatly after releasing the foot pedal switch. The standard foot pedal switch is on the end of an 8' cable, and is mounted in a steel foot guard painted in high visibility safety yellow.  All electronic components are mounted on a single panel, allowing for diagnostic and repair work to be accomplished without moving the entire unit.  Convinienet and heavy duty lifting handles mounted on either end of the heavy steel case also protect the control panel from damage.
